Please don’t throw anything away before we visit. Items that seem ordinary can have real value to buyers. Feel free to set aside anything you plan to keep, and we’ll review the rest of the home with you.
Most sales are held right in the home, where the contents are already in place. We stage each room, set up checkout and manage traffic flow so the sale runs smoothly and the property is respected.
Our fee is typically a percentage of total sale proceeds, based on the size of the estate, the amount of preparation needed and the services required. We review everything with you upfront, with no hidden costs.
Most estates take one to two weeks to organize, research, price and stage, depending on the size of the home and its contents. The sale itself usually runs two to three days.
We recommend reaching out three to four weeks before you’d like the sale to take place. That said, we understand some situations are time-sensitive, so call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
After the sale, we coordinate donation of remaining items to local charities, arrange buyouts when appropriate and handle the final clear-out, leaving the home ready for its next chapter.
Yes. We regularly work with out-of-state families, realtors, trustees and attorneys. We provide regular updates, photos and a detailed final accounting, so you can stay informed without needing to be on site.
