Erika and Susanne enjoy reaching new goals and continuing our education as we grow our business.

Erika was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany.  She came to the United States after studying textiles and fine furniture design and production.  She has a passion for interior design and organization.  She also has 20 years working as an accountant.

Susanne graduated from California State University, Sacramento.  She has over 20 years in large corporate sales and marketing.  She has studied at the California Art Academy for Interior Design.  She is a passionate business owner who works extremely hard to maximize an estate sales full potential.

We will use all of our resources to ascertain the value for all of your merchandise. 

When we engage a new client, we execute a standard agreement, which can be customized for each situation.  With our guidance and experience, we have assisted many families through this process.   Our client’s backgrounds are varied.  We consider a referral the best compliment a business owner can receive!
